Do you accept returns?

Buying art can be a very personal thing, so please choose carefully and ensure that your decision is the right one before purchasing any of Lucy’s artworks.

Returns on all original artworks and prints will not be accepted due to change of mind.

How is my order shipped?
All Original artworks are sold in Lucy’s bespoke acrylic/perspex frames, and due to their fragile nature, are packaged and insured to ensure that they arrive safely and in one piece.

Limited Edition Art Prints are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in Australia or up to 4 weeks for international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Art Prints are shipped unframed and in a protective postal tube, or flat where possible.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day via Australia Post with a tracking number, and should arrive within 2-8 days. Please be mindful that if a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that Lucy Cashmore Art will not be held liable in any way for loss or damage to the delivered goods.

The greatest of care is taken when packing your artwork, so unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any creases or imperfections caused by incorrect handling or removal from packaging.

Can I order my print framed?

Sadly not. Only the Original artworks are sold framed (in the custom coloured perspex box frame). Shipping any other sort of glass frame is too risky, however there are loads of fun, colourful framing options available at your local framers or online. A simple white or black frame would look great too, allowing the colours in the artwork to really pop! It’s completely up to you!

How is Lucy’s work printed?

Art Prints - Printed in Melbourne on 300gsm bright white cotton rag art paper with archival pigment inks.

Each print is signed and numbered (e.g 1/50) by the artist either on the back of the print, so as to not interrupt the design, or the front. It is then handfinished with glitter paint pens (where applicable).

All prints are sold unframed and shipped rolled in a protective tube, or flat where possible (depending on size).

Tea Towels - Digitally printed artwork on 100% linen, so colours may vary slightly due to the printing process. We aim to achieve as close to the original as possible.

Textiles and Art Prints are printed in Melbourne using the highest quality materials and techniques.

I’d love to use one of your designs for a new product range. Can we talk?
